Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward e-mails from one email box to another, activate email filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your email mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one email account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply specify the electronic mail account you would like to forward email messages from, then select the target e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
